Jere Rantonen as Coach

I started training in the gym over 12 years ago. I have competed in street workouts and studied to be a yoga teacher in India. I offer physique & performance coaching. I have special expertise in bodyweight training. In my coaching you can learn, for example, handstands or firefighter push-ups (muscle ups). I have a Personal Trainer training organized by Impuls. I have worked as a coach for several years and led circuit training & yoga classes.

A powerful start to effective and safe gym training.

-Initial assessment: assessment of the initial situation at the gym or remotely. Discussion of wishes and goals related to coaching. Based on this, programming is made according to the goals.

-4 meetings at the gym: Learning the movements and movement techniques included in the training program.
-Training programs for the phone application.
-Diet
-Online Yoga

After this training, you will be able to continue training independently according to your personal training program.
